Hi, I am Tony King ,proud owner and director of TWK ELECTRICAL LTD, we’ve been serving the electrical needs of People of the surrounding areas of Berkshire, Newbury, Thatcham, Reading, for over 10 years, have a look at our feedback
In a few years to come he will be “hopefully” handing the reigns over to his son Jed, so he can take a step back and go on even more holidays.
Tony started his electrical career, working for Taylor and Goodman while doing evening courses.
After a good 5 years learning his electrical trade, he then moved on to work at Courage Brewery in Reading for 16 years, as a Maintenance Electrician until it closed in 2010. He then decided to start TWK ELECTRICAL LTD, in 2010, as an NICEIC approved contractor.
Jed is Tony’s son and in a few years to come will be taking over the reigns of the company when Tony decides to take a step back, he doesn’t know if this is a blessing or a curse.
Jed started at TWK electrical as an apprentice when he finished school at 16 years old in 2014. He has been fully qualified since March 2018.
Jed is an animal fanatic and has 2 cats, if you have any friendly pets he will happily be there playing and stroking them all day.

We were married 50 yrs ago 10/10/70 & in all our time of needing electrical work for properties have never come across such great workmanship from start to finish!
May I add from the time of my 1st enquiry right through to getting a large amount of work done 4 rooms needing attention, 3 new storage heaters & a repair on our old kitchen one, job done in 1 day, Tony, his Son & another team member, & we waited less than 2 weeks to enable ordering of new equipment & completion of the whole job! You will never get better service anywhere! Plus the bonus is! they are really nice people and they are out to save you money! Many thanks to Tony, Jed & Jamie.

Boxing Day 2015
Today is Boxing Day 2015 – This morning the electrics in my house tripped, and nothing I tried would get them back on. My heart sank. I started calling round to see who would help me – many said no – its Boxing Day. But Tony didn’t. Not only was he prepared to come out, but prompt in arrival, solved the issue – checked all was well, and his charges were incredibly reasonable in the circumstances. Thank you Tony, you prevented me having a minor breakdown. I would recommend you to anyone, and will be calling you for all future electrical requirements. Thank you again – from a very grateful customer.

they came and completed job within a day. Replacement of ceiling light fittings. Very polite. Excellent work. Will definitely call again when electrical work needs doing. So refreshing to find a local tradesperson who takes a pride in his work!

Unexpected job well done
Having seen the advertisement in a local magazine we contacted TWK to fix a ceiling light we then needed to replace our fuse box.
So pleased with prompt service we received polite punctual friendly guys. Will certainly use them again if we need an Electrician .
Excellent work in church
Our church has needed lots of electrical work in the last year or two, and Tony and Jed have been brilliant every time. They always come quickly and with a smile, and we feel very confident with their work. Wiring for a new electrical heating system was just the latest in a long list of jobs they have done for us, and they went over and above what we asked to get the job finished neatly and safely.
We are lucky to have this friendly and professional company on hand. Five stars, TWK, and thanks for your great service.
