We were married 50 yrs ago 10/10/70 & in all our time of needing electrical work for properties have never come across such great workmanship from start to finish!

May I add from the time of my 1st enquiry right through to getting a large amount of work done 4 rooms needing attention, 3 new storage heaters & a repair on our old kitchen one, job done in 1 day, Tony, his Son & another team member, & we waited less than 2 weeks to enable ordering of new equipment & completion of the whole job! You will never get better service anywhere! Plus the bonus is! they are really nice people and they are out to save you money! Many thanks to Tony, Jed & Jamie.

Today is Boxing Day 2015 – This morning the electrics in my house tripped, and nothing I tried would get them back on. My heart sank. I started calling round to see who would help me – many said no – its Boxing Day. But Tony didn’t. Not only was he prepared to come out, but prompt in arrival, solved the issue – checked all was well, and his charges were incredibly reasonable in the circumstances. Thank you Tony, you prevented me having a minor breakdown. I would recommend you to anyone, and will be calling you for all future electrical requirements. Thank you again – from a very grateful customer.

they came and completed job within a day. Replacement of ceiling light fittings. Very polite. Excellent work. Will definitely call again when electrical work needs doing. So refreshing to find a local tradesperson who takes a pride in his work!

Having seen the advertisement in a local magazine we contacted TWK to fix a ceiling light we then needed to replace our fuse box.

So pleased with prompt service we received polite punctual friendly guys. Will certainly use them again if we need an Electrician .

Our church has needed lots of electrical work in the last year or two, and Tony and Jed have been brilliant every time. They always come quickly and with a smile, and we feel very confident with their work. Wiring for a new electrical heating system was just the latest in a long list of jobs they have done for us, and they went over and above what we asked to get the job finished neatly and safely.

Many thanks to Jed and his team who went above and beyond this week fixing ceiling lights Few unexpected problems with old wiring and dealt with professionally and a great deal of patience

I had an issue with some strip llights in my kitchen, I phoned TWK Electrical at about 8:30 the person I spoke to (Tony) was travelling and would phone me back once he arrived at his destination which he did a short time later, I explained my problem and was told that this type of light fittings were no longer available so I would need to replace them with new LED fittings, I agreed that this needed to be done and a short time later Jed arrived and replaced the old fittings with new LED units. All this was completed before lunch on the same day and at a very reasonable price. The new units provide much better lighting and I am vey pleased with the results. It is very unusual to find this level of service these days so I am very glad that I contacted TWK and have no hesitation in highly recommending them to anyone who requires any electrical works.

We have used TWK several times in the past and have been very pleased with their work. This time was no exception. The lads came when they said they would and were very thorough in carrying out the job. They explained what was going on so that we were fully informed – and everything was very good as far as we were concerned.

They swept up after completion.

We are very happy now that we can see outside with the security light, plus the internal illuminations.

We shall certainly use TWK again when the need arises. They are in our file as the only electricians we shall be using in the future.

Electrics tripped out and our freezer was going to defrost – Not only were TWK with me within 30 minutes there was no call out fee. We were so impressed that knowing we needed further work done (Fuseboard replaced) we booked them again. They were professional, knowledgeable and kept us informed during the whole process. I would definitely recommend and will be using again to do some lighting work.

I can highly recommend this company to those requiring electrical work. Tony and his team are really helpful, very pleasant and very tidy. The jobs were completed efficiently and promptly.

Had multiple lights changed through the house, and I can fault the service. Polite and tidy and also really helpful with question that I asked and advised what I could do and they make it cost effective!! Would rate this service and use again.

Tony and his son were quick to respond and did a great job at short notice. The job turned out to be more complicated than I realized, but they completed everything and made it safe without any fuss, despite it being a scorching hot day, and at a good price. I will definitely use them again.

I called TWK Electrical on 7th March to get a quote for installing a new fuse box, we arranged they would come following afternoon. When I got up on the 8th March all my electric had gone off.

I called TWK they were working in Newbury but would come to me next. I found their commitment/quality to the job was tremendous, and I don’t really know how to thank them enough for completing the job so quickly. Will definitely use them again and pass details on to other members of my family.

Prompt and efficient and following a problem with the installation of the Cooker Hood it was sorted out in a very professional way. We also had replacement outside lights which we are very pleased with.

We had never used TWK Electrical before but they came out the same day as the electrical issue meant our boiler was not working. Team that came were lovely and very knowledgeable. Will definitely use again and will recommend to others

Tony Jed and the team came in for 4 days whilst my wife and I were away to do a rewire of our bungalow which was completed on time and to a very good standard.

Tony and the team will be returning to complete further work in the near future once our new building works have been completed.

I am extremely happy with the service that TWK Electrical provided and I highly recommend them! They are very reasonably priced, the quality of their work is excellent and they were very helpful throughout (from the initial visit to the end).

At first, they installed a new power socket in the room under our stairs and they did it very quickly and just as expected.

A few weeks later, they then also installed a Ring Floodlight Camera in our back garden also to a great standard!

Very pleased with how promptly Tony replied to my enquiry and was able to fit the work in. New fuse box, extra sockets and new light fittings were carried out with the minimum of fuss so I would be very happy to use them again. Reliable, punctual and cheerful – a winning combination!

I was very pleased at the treatment Tony & Jed gave to my very small problem of a bathroom light that switched itself off at odd (and sometimes very inconvenient !) times, they arrived on time, were very friendly, decided quickly what needed doing to solve the problem, and carried it out efficiently, I would always use them in future and recommend them.

Tony and Jed have always done a great job, they fitted spotlights in our hallway, landing and kitchen and even advised better energy rated lighting for our bathroom. But they have gone above and beyond helping us with fitting our new Nest doorbell, and troubleshooting why the bell wouldn’t ring. They researched and paid two further visits until it was sorted. Great service, excellent work and very friendly which puts you at ease from the get go.

Very much enjoyed my experience. Very friendly service and did what was promised which is something that can’t be taken for granted. Installation was seamless and Tony was very willing to add on an extra bit of work that I informed him on just in the morning of the installation. I wanted to replace a fuse box but it was in a small cupboard. Tony spent time to accommodate the new equipment which was much larger than the fuse box. Instead of requiring a carpenter to enlarge the cupboard it was installed to my immense satisfaction.

Tony was friendly and swiftly fitted a new consumer unit, made several improvements to the circuits and issued a final certificate, as required prior to every new rental.

I contacted TWK because they were local and family run. We needed some bathroom lights fixed which unfortunately were too old to repair. Underfloor heating not working in two rooms from when we moved to this property.

On first visit diagnosed problems quickly and proposed solutions. On second visit problems were solved.

Needed a electrician, called TWK on Monday booked in for Friday, job was done quickly and efficiently, will definitely be using Tony again.

I had a new consumer unit and a couple of outside lights installed. TWK were clean and tidy in their work, arrived when they said they would and did everything effectively. They even came back to reposition one of the outside lights when I decided I wanted it in a different place.
